Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please email us at tuskcollective9@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Tusk Collective is not responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale Items Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping
